my story
There was a moment when I looked around and no longer recognized the life I was living.
It was a life shaped by expectations, layered with masks, bound by invisible boxes.
I had become so many different versions of myself just trying to make it all work—
but in the process, I lost the one person I needed most: me.
My awakening didn’t come in a flash. It came in a breath.
Then another. And another.
Through breathwork, I began to remember who I really was—not the roles, not the stories, not the masks.
The deeper I breathed, the more I could see. The more I could feel.
And slowly, I started to come home to myself.
This work—this path—saved my life.
It brought me back to clarity, to connection, to the truth I had forgotten.
And now, it’s my purpose to help others return to themselves too.
Not by handing out answers, but by walking beside them as they begin to ask deeper questions.
My story is not one of perfection, but of presence.
Not of having arrived, but of choosing—every day—to wake up again.
my why
I see my work as helping people light their inner lantern — a flame that has always been within them, even if life has caused it to dim or drift out of awareness. Through breath, sound, and deep presence, we create space for that light to be felt again.
As people begin to slow down, listen, and reconnect with themselves, the lantern naturally grows brighter. It offers quiet guidance forward, illuminating their own path and, in subtle ways, the paths of those around them. Each light that is remembered adds to a shared glow — one that invites more connection, more compassion, and a deeper sense of what is possible.
Part of my purpose in this life is to walk alongside those who feel called to explore this path — not to lead from the front, but to offer steady presence and gentle guidance when it’s needed. I don’t see myself as someone with answers to give, but as someone willing to sit in the unknown with you, to help illuminate what is already asking to be seen. If you find yourself here, it may be because something within you is ready to be listened to, and my role is simply to help create the space where that listening can happen.
